  1. Instead of looking at our demise as a chance to rebuild , we look upon it in the same vein as Cersi's walk of shame in GOT .Fair enough but that most certainly rules out any attempt at a Bournmouth style rebuild . Certainly not while in league 1 .What should've changed at least was the sacking culture . Ross got us to a play off final after starting right on the back foot . instead of giving him time we sacked him after barley a quarter of the next season , because we weren't in the top two . A lot of fans including members of RR stated he didn't know the division . So we get rid of a manager with a title on his  recent cv for one who knows the division . LOL . There was no decent candidates out there , none that would've been interested anyway . Sack Parkinson who's going to come ? Ross should've had this season .
